What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing cabinetry, doors, trim, crown, millwork, hardware, and custom finish details
• Performing high-level finish carpentry in occupied homes
• Reading plans and executing work accurately
• Working alongside Project Managers, Designers, and skilled trades
• Helping maintain organized, clean, professional jobsites
• Solving problems in the field and communicating proactively
• Contributing to projects that homeowners genuinely get excited about

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential finish carpentry experience
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Experience with trim, doors, cabinetry, crown, and millwork installation
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Basic hand and battery tools
• Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Kitchen or basement remodeling experience
• Leadership or foreman experience
• Experience working directly with homeowners
• Knowledge of remodeling beyond just finish carpentry

Compensation & Benefits

$35–$55/hour

Pay depends on experience, leadership ability, craftsmanship, and professionalism.
