Project Manager – Residential Remodeling
Property ReVision | Waukesha, WI (Greater Milwaukee Area)
$85,000–$100,000 base salary

Build something you're proud to put your name on.

Property ReVision is growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager who wants more than a job site to show up to — someone who wants to run their own book of high-end kitchens, baths, basements, and full interior remodels, and see their fingerprints on every one of them. We back every project with a Project Completion Date Guarantee to our homeowners, which tells you everything about how seriously we take schedule, craftsmanship, and follow-through — and it means the person running our projects gets real ownership, real trust, and real accountability from day one.

If you're the kind of PM who leads from the front, keeps four to seven jobs straight in your head without breaking a sweat, and takes pride in handing a homeowner the keys to exactly what you promised them — this is your seat.

The Role
You'll own the full lifecycle of construction — schedule, budget, client experience, and final result — for multiple active remodels at once. You'll be the person homeowners trust, the person subs respect, and the person our production team leans on to keep everything moving.

What You'll Own

  • Project schedules, from pre-construction handoff through final walkthrough and punchlist
  • The client relationship — proactive, no-surprises communication that earns 5-star reviews
  • Field leadership — coordinating subs and field staff, holding trade partners to real standards
  • Budgets — real-time decisions that keep every job financially on track
  • Daily project documentation, so nothing falls through the cracks

How Success Looks Here

  • 95%+ on-time completion
  • 95%+ on-budget delivery
  • 95% 5-star client reviews
  • Strong first-pass inspection rates, rough and final

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in residential construction or remodeling, including 2+ years directly managing projects as a PM
  • A track record of running multiple concurrent jobs at a high standard
  • Sharp read on plans, specs, sequencing, and code
  • The communication and leadership chops to run a room — clients, crews, and office alike
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bonus if you've worked in CoConstruct or similar PM software — not required

Compensation

  • $85,000–$100,000 base salary, based on experience
  • Company support for travel between job sites
  • Full-time, based in the Greater Milwaukee area

Ready to run your own projects, your way? We'd love to talk.
