Sales Estimator

Role and Responsibilities Summary: Responsible for the sales, estimating, and handling of a variety of residential and commercial remodeling projects. Candidates must be empathetic and provide excellent customer service.   Candidates should be self—motivated and able to sell services in a fast-paced environment.

·         Completes site inspections on all project assignments as well as gathers and inputs data compiled during field inspections in conjunction with Designer in order to prepare accurate, timely estimates. *

·         Collaborates and works with Designer and client to create remodeling vision *

·         Works with a small team of project managers and technicians. *

·         Maintains accurate logging of all relevant communication pertaining to each job file and ensures compliance with all internal performance standards. *

·         Demonstrates the ability to be detail oriented and the ability to manage a large amount of information with multiple, time sensitive tasks.

·         Demonstrates proficiencies in the knowledge of general construction means and methods.

·         Takes instruction from assigned manager and communicates with them on a regular basis.

·         Performs other tasks as assigned.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Chief Architect, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Xactimate, PSA, Encircle, and Microsoft Outlook.

Required Education and Experience
      1. College Degree – 2 or 4 year

      2. 2-4 years’ experience in construction estimating or related field experience

·         Valid driver's license
