What You’ll Be Doing:

● Own the sales process from lead to close, using our proven one-sit close system.

● Meet with warm, pre-set appointments (no cold calling).

● Deliver engaging, persuasive presentations to homeowners.

● Manage your pipeline like a business owner—the more effort you put in, the bigger your reward.

● Work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays—because that’s when homeowners are home.

What We’re Looking For:

● A natural people person who can build instant rapport and create urgency.

● Competitive and goal-oriented—you love winning and hate losing.

● Resilient and coachable—you thrive on feedback and never make excuses.

● At least one year of experience in sales, retail, or business-to-consumer (B2C) selling.

● A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
