Project Manager
Job description
We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with expertise in carpentry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set encompassing takeoffs, sketching, scheduling, budgeting, production oversight, and the ability to guide the field crew, including hands-on assistance in building processes when necessary.
As an established exterior residential construction company, our primary focus is on projects such as decks, patios, pergolas, garages, sun/screen rooms, and 3- and 4-season rooms. We prioritize candidates with substantial experience in these project types.
The typical work schedule is from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional participation in approximately 4-6 home shows per year, which may involve Sunday evening tear-downs.
Remuneration can be structured on either a salary or hourly basis. The selected candidate will benefit from perks such as a company-provided vehicle, phone, laptop, and tablet.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
