Full Job Description:

We are seeking a Rough Carpenter Apprentice with a foundational understanding of building Decks, Patios, Pergolas, Sun & Screen Rooms, and 3 or 4-season rooms. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist in the construction of various outdoor and indoor structures.
*Learn and apply basic carpentry techniques under supervision.
*Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards.
*Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

*Basic understanding of carpentry principles and tools.
*Willingness to learn and take direction.
*Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
*Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
*Commitment to working 40-50 hours per week, year-round.
