Our company is a small outdoor living contractor company based out of Franksville, WI. 95% of our jobs are decks. Background working in carpentry field would be ideal, but not necessary. Looking for a loyal employee.
Job Objective:
This position is responsible for initial contact for all new leads; creating contact files; updating existing customer database; scheduling sales appointments; rescheduling canceled appointments; sending appointment confirmation email; sending and/or calling for Customer Evaluations and any other surveys necessary; inserting completed assessments, evaluations, and surveys into contact file. Customer satisfaction is a TOP priority. Create job folders for sales reps.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
· Responsible for obtaining pertinent information from potential customers.
· Able to prequalify the potential customers to determine if they are our target market customer
· Responsible for scheduling sales appointments and/or follow-up appointments with our Design Consultants.
· Once the initial information is obtained, the potential customer may need to be passed on to a Design Consultant or Sales Manager to answer any technical or material application questions.
· Responsible for updating and maintaining customer databases on various systems for leads or customers.
· Update Office Manager and Sales Manager daily regarding lead status.
· Assist Office Manager with the organization, management, and follow-up for any email marketing campaigns.
· Responsible daily for customer satisfaction survey calls, entering data into the database, and informing management immediately of any potential concerns
· Responsible for scheduling all annual Performance Evaluations, Service Agreements, Job Measures, and Service Order appointments.
· Maintains contact with the Design Consultants to ensure they are aware of changes in their schedule and/or customer communication.
· Maintains contact with all customers and potential customers in the market area to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
· Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
