New Home Sales Professional

Joseph Douglas Homes & Remodeling is a 27 year old residential building company. We currently build 10-12 custom and portfolio homes per year and are looking to grow our sales.

This is a contract role as a New Homes Sales Professional at Joseph Douglas Homes & Remodeling in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely. As a New Homes Sales Professional, your day-to-day tasks will include nurturing prospects to become clients, assisting clients with home sales, conducting market research, presenting home options, negotiating contracts, working our model homes, and providing excellent customer service. Running your real estate practice alongside your new home sales role is encouraged initially. This role is strictly commission based.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in new home sales or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Valid Wisconsin real estate license preferred
• Flexibility to work 3 weekends a month and evenings when required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
